Holiday Hours and December COVID-19 Care Reminders

While the December holidays may be a bit more subdued this year, it’s essential to keep everybody safe and healthy as we begin the much-anticipated countdown to 2021.

If your pet needs primary or emergency veterinary care during this busy month, please note our schedule. Our Union, NJ hours will be 7 am – 11 pm during the holidays for emergency care – and this includes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Westfield location holiday hours:

Christmas Eve: 8 am – 3 pm

Christmas Day: Closed

New Year’s Eve: 8 am – 6 pm

New Year’s Day: Closed

Our care team is taking every precaution to keep clients and staff safe and our COVID-19 protocols are still in place. When you arrive for your curbside appointment at our Westfield location, call the front desk at (844) 937-4424 and wait for further instructions. We ask that you wear a mask or face covering when interacting with our team.

We know how scared you are when your beloved pet is seriously injured or acutely ill, and you want answers fast. Please call ahead before you bring your pet in so we are ready for you when you arrive. All cases are first-come, first-served, but prioritized by the most critical cases. We will keep you updated on your wait time.
