Service Highlight: Emergency Care During the Holidays

  • View Larger Image How to keep pets safe during the holidays

The month of December is full of family, friends, dazzling decorations, yummy food, and celebrations. With all of the festivities and traditions, keeping your furry family members safe and healthy during the holidays can be a challenge. This is exactly why Westfield Veterinary Group offers emergency veterinary care 24/7 – including all holidays – at our Union location.

If you need us on Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day, we are ready to help you and your ill or injured pet. Our veterinarians are highly skilled in emergency and critical care, and our equipment and diagnostic resources are cutting-edge. Equally important, if your pet needs to remain hospitalized, we have a fully staffed intensive care unit (ICU) with professionals who care for and closely monitor all hospitalized patients, even on holidays. A veterinarian is always on the premises.

No appointment is ever needed for emergency care, but if possible, we encourage you to call us at (844) 937-4424 before you come in so we can be prepared for your arrival.

If something doesn’t seem quite right with your fur baby, or you are not sure there is an emergency, it’s always best to call or bring them in to be safe. A healthy pet is a happy pet.

Westfield Veterinary Group wishes you and your furry companion a Happy Howliday full of peace, love, joy, and of course, treats.
