Dr. Eppinger obtained her undergraduate degree in Staten Island followed by her master’s degree in New Jersey. She then traveled to the beautiful island nation of Grenada to attend veterinary school. Dr. Eppinger performed her clinical year at the University of Illinois, which certainly influenced her return to New Jersey.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
