Dr. Adam Borut is a native New Yorker who grew up on Long Island. He graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Biology before going on to graduate from the Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001.
After practicing in San Francisco and Brooklyn, Dr. Borut relocated to New Jersey and joined Westfield Veterinary Group in 2012. Dr. Borut sees most house pets including dogs, cats, small mammals, and reptiles. His professional interests include soft tissue surgery and internal medicine, with a particular passion for endocrinology and Greyhound rescue. Dr. Borut is also an IVAS trained acupuncturist.
Dr. Borut lives with his wife and their two young boys. They share their increasingly crowded home with two loving, rambunctious kittens. In his free time, Dr. Borut enjoys cooking, grilling and playing the bass guitar.
