Dr. Yang joined Westfield Veterinary Group in 2021, prior to that she practiced on the Upper West side.
Dr. Yang is originally from a mostly rural community near Cleveland, Ohio where she grew up with a menagerie of pets. She attended Cornell University where she received her bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering in 1999. Dr. Yang completed her doctorate in veterinary medicine at Ohio State University in 2006 and an internship at Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center in Norwalk, CT the following year.
Dr. Yang shares her home with her family along with 2 cats, a big dog and 2 guinea pigs. In her free time Dr. Yang enjoys eating at restaurants, gardening, hiking and travelling.
