We know that your pet doesn’t understand how appointments work. Sometimes they need care immediately, and it’s not safe to wait until an appointment. When that happens, our Emergency team – including four highly skilled veterinarians and a dedicated group of veterinary technicians – is here to help. Our Union location is open every day, 365 days a year, from 7 am – 11 pm for all pet emergencies. No appointment is needed.
If your pet is having a medical emergency, please:
- Stay calm
- Don’t attempt to medicate or treat your pet at home
- Call us at (844) 937-4424 and discuss the emergency with our staff
- Be careful when moving your pet (animals in pain often bite or scratch)
- Bring your pet’s medications, medical records if you have them, and packaging of anything your pet may have ingested
Not sure if it’s a true emergency? Call us and we can help assess the situation before you leave your house. If we think your pet needs to be seen, we’ll walk you through our current safety protocols and advise on any forms we need you to fill out, which are available online.
Like many veterinary hospitals, we are experiencing a high demand for emergency veterinary services, so wait times may be longer than usual. We hope you understand that we must care for the most critically injured or ill pets first, before treating those with non-life-threatening conditions.
