New Patient here. Front desk staff is pleasant. Dr. Maus has been so good with my cat, as well as his tech. Plenty of parking, available appointments, easy website, on-site pharmacy - really cannot ask for more. As pet parents, we're usually already stressed walking thru the doors - this place makes you feel like they care about your pet, too.

Dr Robe was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and was extremely compassionate to the needs of 13 yr old dog

Dr. Maus and his colleagues at Westfield Veterinary Group cared for our Toy Poodle for 13 years. We brought her to Dr. Maus when she was about 2 and was suffering terribly from an ailment another vet failed to diagnose.Dr. Maus identified the problem within minutes and a week later our puppy was herself again. We've never considered another vet.Throughout her life we depended on the WVG staff to care for her and were never disappointed. They are professional, caring, and friendly - to pets and to their owners.We recently had to let Sugar go. Over the last months of her life we depended on Dr. Maus's counsel in determining when it was her time. And when the time came he handled the process with compassion and sensitivity.Last week we got a sympathy card with beautiful handwritten expressions form both Dr. Maus and his assistant.We caannot imagine a higher quality of care than Dr. Maus and his colleagues provide.

Dr. Harbin has completely won me over with her compassion and dedication to her patients.From the moment you walk in, it's evident that she genuinely cares. She takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. She patiently listens to all the issues you're facing with your dog, ensuring that every detail is covered.What sets Dr. Harbin apart is her willingness to thoroughly explain all the available options and the pros and cons of each. Zen and Eunece are the most caring and compassionate vet techs. We will continue to come back to this location because of the two of them.

The vets at Westfield are all excellent! My regular vet was not available when I needed an appointment quickly so I saw another vet. She also was very good and very thorough. She explained what was going on with my pet most likely and how she recommended treating her. She advised me of alternatives and didn't just go ahead and do the most expensive tests when they really weren't necessary in this case. My girl is now getting better without extreme measures. I have never seen a vet here that I did not feel was very good and very capable and have always felt confident they gave good sound advice and treatment. All of them are very good and you would be satisfied with any vet here.
