This year has been a whirlwind, and it’s hard to believe that fall — and the holiday season — are upon us! If your pet needs care during the week of Thanksgiving, please note that our Westfield location will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but our Union location will be open 7 am – 11 pm for emergency care.
Please don’t forget that our newly-renovated clinic in Westfield, New Jersey, is open for curbside primary care appointments only. We are proud of our beautiful facility and caring for your beloved pets. And, as much as we’d love for you to drop in and say “Hello” and “Happy Thanksgiving,” our team is taking every precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19. That means only staff and pet patients are allowed into the building.
Please contact us to schedule your fur baby’s next wellness visit. When you arrive for your appointment, call our front desk at (844) 937-4424 and wait for further instructions. We ask that you wear a mask or face covering when interacting with our staff.
We are also offering primary care curbside appointments at our Union location. Please call us at (844) 937-4424 to schedule a time for your pet to be seen. Follow the same procedures as for our Westfield location; wear a mask or face covering and call when you arrive for your appointment. Our care team will come out to meet you.
Our Union location will also be open for emergency care. Please call us ahead of time before you arrive at the hospital to establish the type of care your pet needs and so that we may prepare for your arrival. Our top priority is to ensure that 100% of the pets that come to our ER receive the care they need. In most cases, patients are seen on a “first-come, first-served” basis. More life-threatening situations, however, must take priority – just like in emergency rooms for humans.
