Name a person who doesn’t wish they could press the “reset” button for 2020. It has been a tough year for everybody – and that is why we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for you, our loyal clients, and your precious pets, who are a beloved part of our Westfield Veterinary Group family.
Throughout the year, we have had the privilege of seeing our clients who have been with us for years, as well as new clients who have joined our family. We have cared for your pets from infancy through their golden years. We have helped bring some of them into the world and, sadly, sent some of them to the Rainbow Bridge. Throughout all of this, we have stood together strong and dedicated to providing the best care possible, despite the obstacles of the pandemic and other challenges.
This year has tested the fortitude of all of us, and we have all pushed through by exercising patience, showing kindness towards others, and working together to keep our community safe.
We appreciate your ongoing support and cooperation, as we have made adjustments to provide care to your pets during this pandemic. We have accomplished this by transitioning routine and emergency appointments into curbside care, which minimizes risk for you and our team. Your acceptance of this change has made the process work, and thus, we have been able to deliver the same level of high-quality care that you and your pet are accustomed to receiving at Westfield Veterinary Group. And we will continue to do so in the future, no matter what cards we as a community are dealt.
